How to Find the IP & MAC Addresses

1. Press the Menu button.
   
   
   
2. Scroll to “About” and press the “Select” softkey.
   
   
   
3. From here you can see the IP and MAC Addresses of the phone.
   

Reset to Factory Defaults

1. Press the Menu button.
   
   
   
2. Scroll to “Advanced” and press the “Select” softkey.
   
   
   
3. Enter the admin password, which is "admin" by default and press the "Select" softkey.
   
   
   
4. Lastly, scroll down to “Reset to Factory Defaults."
