An after-hours support contract is required to receive support after our normal business hours. The support contract is a per-PBX contract, so you can only request after-hours support for the PBX that has a 24/7 Support Contract and PIN Number. To locate your unique PIN code to access the after-hours support system, view the information below.
Viewing After Hours PIN Code
- Log into the portal at https://portal.sangoma.com
- Once logged into the portal select Products > PBX > List All if you are trying to locate your after hours Pin Code for a PBX or click on any other product such as SBC or Gateways that you have a After Hours Support contract on.
- View your deployment that has the After Hours Support Contract by clicking on the binocular icon
- At the top if you have a After Hours Support code it will be displayed.
- You can now call into the support line at +1 920-886-8130. When prompted, enter your After Hours PIN Code as found on your Deployment.
