    • Update the DTMF poll frequency to 10ms This will proved much more responsive DTMF events reporting. Adds negligible load in performance testing. 
    • Fixed a possible memory corruption issue on cdev write.
      This could affect Linux FreeSWITCH or TDMAPI/Libsangoma Customers.
      Issues have been reported by customers on very few random systems.
      Finally was able to reproduce in lab and fix it for good.
      Does not affect Asterisk/DAHDI.

      This fix allows default mg2 software echo to be specified
      in dahdi/system.conf, and dahdi will autodetect the sangoma onboard hwec.

    2007-04-25: LINUX: New Stable 2.3.4-8 Released

    This release contains important bug fixes on AFT TDM Voice (Zaptel) Drivers.  A potential race condition existed, on startup when hardware echo canceller is used.  If T1/E1 line came up fast enough, the zaptel could be left in alarm.  We have also relaxed LOS from T1 alarms, so that LOS hickups dont bring down the PRI.  CAS signalling has also been fixed for MFC R2. 

    The RBS support is broken on all Maxim/Dallas cards: A102dm/4dm/8dm.  For working RBS support on above cards you will need to use new beta release 3.1.0.  For more known issues please check the known issues link.

    2007-01-31: LINUX: New Stable 2.3.4-7 Released

    New release fixes a potential bug in AFT drivers.  This was also added in 2.3.4-5 release.  Unfortunately due to some critical updates in 2.3.4-5 a release was rushed and some new features crept into the release.  I have taken these new features out and will test them in the beta release.  New beta release will start shortly and the 2.3.4 release will remain frozen.


    2007-01-31: LINUX: New Stable 2.3.4-6 Released

    New release has a bug fix that was introducted in 2.3.4-5 release.
    The bug affects ALL AFT hardware echo cancellation cards.  The pesistent echo option doesnt did not cleanly unconfigure the echo canceller, which would cause a wanpipe deivce restart to fail.  Read the change log for more info.


    2007-01-26: LINUX: New Stable 2.3.4-5 Released

    New release has number of minor but important bug fixes for A102/A108d/A102d/A301 drivers as well as LIP Layer WAN stack that affects all ports.  This release also has a new ZAPTEL/Sangoma configuration feature "/usr/sbin/wancfg_zaptel " that can be used to quickly configure sangoma cards for zaptel.  This release also has a persistent hardware echo feature.  Click here for more info.


    2007-01-09: LINUX: New Stable 2.3.4-4 Released

    2006-11-30: LINUX: New Stable 2.3.4-2 Released

    The Beta12 release has further updates for A200 analog drivers. It has more robust error checking code that prevents fxo/fxs hardware register lockups that cause incoming calls to be ignored during operation.  This occurance is very rare and only happeds on some lines.


    2006-11-01: LINUX:  New Beta11-2.3.4 Release

    New beta11 2.3.4 release has support for A102dm cards.  As well as major updates for A200 Analog cards.  We have added more robust register checking on A200 to combat fxs/fxo outages. Also we have added a special "wanrouter hwprobe verbose" option that will display all FXO/FXS modules installed.

    The 2.3.4 releases will be going stable shortly!
