Standard SIP Call Flow with G.729 codec
While the Call Analyzer does its media processing using the G.711 codec, it is possible to establish a G.729 between the agent and the called party after the Call Progress Analisys (CPA) is done.
The following diagram demonstrate this scenario.

- Predictive Dialler initiates outbound call with G.729 codec in SDP
- NetBorder B2BUA re-originates outbound call towards the network with G.711 codec in SDP.
- As soon as Media flows, NetBorder Call Progress Analysis engine processes call information
- Call Progress Analysis outcome has been determined. NetBorder re-invites network to point session with G.729 codec
- NetBorder passes CPA results to Call Center Server.
- Media Flows using G.729 codec between agent and customer
Server With Multiple IP Addresses Will Not Start
Edit your "\Program Files\Sangoma NetBorder Platform 2.0.0\configcall-analyzer-service.properties" and "\Program Files\Sangoma NetBorder Platform 2.0.0\call-analyzer-engine-service.properties" by uncommenting the following line and adding the corresponding ip address on both files:
"netborder.net.primaryIPAddress=x.x.x.x "
x.x.x.x being the ip address that you want NCA to listen on. Restart NCA after modifying and saving both files.
Event Viewer
You can always use the Windows Event Viewer to view logging information:
1. From the Start Menu, select Programs > Paraxip NetBorder >Event Viewer.
2. In the left pane, select the “Application” folder.
3. In the right pane, click the “Source” event header to view events in
ascending (alphabetical) order.
4. Search through the list for information and/or any errors resulting from
a “Paraxip NetBorder” service.
