T1/E1 Troubleshooting Information (A101/2/4/8)

    Please send the following:

    General Required information

    • wanrouter version
    • wanrouter restart (requires Asterisk/freeSWITCH stopped)
    • ifconfig (create 3 samples)
    • cat /proc/interrupts | grep wan (create 3 samples)
    • wanpipemon -i wXg1 -c Ta (where X is the interface number 1,2,3,etc) for each interface
    • wanrouter hwprobe verbose
    • wanrouter status
    • /etc/wanpipe/wanpipeX.conf (where X is the wanpipe number) for each interface
    • /var/log/messages (including a sample of wanrouter restart)

     For Zaptel users:

      -> /etc/zaptel.conf
      -> /etc/asterisk/zapata*.conf

    For Dahdi users:

      -> /etc/dahdi/system.conf
      -> /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf
