NSG SS7 X-Header Exceptions

    Below is a list of all the SS7 variables that might need to be changed from their default value which CANNOT be set using NSG X-Headers:

    Command: <application="export" data="sip_h_X-FreeTDM-LOC=NULL" />
    Where to put: In the "from-sip" -> "to-pstn" dialplan context for a "Redirected" call
    Why use this command: When a call has been redirected, it is important to preserver the Location Information in the "outbound" leg of a redirected call.  By adding this command NSG will populate the outbound IAM's Location information with the inbound IAM's Location inormation.

     

    Command: <application="export" data="freetdm_iam_fwd_ind_isdn_access_ind=[0,1]" />
    Default Value: 1
    Where to put: In the "from-sip" -> "to-pstn" dialplan context for any call
    Why use this command: When you need to modify the Forward Indicator field in the ISDN Acccess information.

     

    Command: <application="export" data="freetdm_bearer_capability=[0,1,3]" />
    Default Value: 0 or 1, depending on the information coming in from SIP
    Where to put:
