Problem Enabling Hyper-V Virtual Machine
When enabling Hyper-V Virtual Machine on Netborder Lync Express appliance, the Hyper-V virtual machine may fail to start. In this case, Hyper-V displays an error message saying that Hypervisor is not running. This problem is caused by the Intel Virtualization Technology not being enabled in the appliance's BIOS. To resolve this issue, follow the procedure to enable Intel Virtualization Technology available by clicking here.
How To Enable Second LAN Port
If your second LAN port on your appliance is not working, check the Windows Device Manager and verify the state of the port.
If the port shows up as 'uknown', then you will need to install the driver for the second LAN port.
The second lan port is intel 82579lm gigabit NIC

How To Monitor the RAID Controller
