    After emailing Support, you will receive an automatic response from the ticketing system with a ticket number for your case

    Once you have created a case with support and received your ticket number, continue corresponding via the same email thread, with the ticket number in the subject line.

    Sangoma Support uses IRC to chat with customers

    After installing/accessing one of the above IRC clients, access the following
    IRC URL to get connected with Sangoma staff:

    Please send us the following information that will be helpful for us to assess your issue:

    1. What are you trying to do (asterisk/freeSWITCH/routing/API programming etc..)-
    2. Your Operating System/Kernel Version-
    3. Sangoma hardware being used (A101/2/4/8, A200/4, A500/B700, S5xx..etc)-

     

    Send us the following additional Information (based on your usage)

     -> Analog (A200/A400/B600/B700)
     -> NBE Gateway (A101/2/4/8/A200)
